I’m going to give this a try. Aiming for a 70% paleo status which will allow me carb days during the weekend.
I found this photo on Facebook the other day. Not sure if I find it motivational or it’s because I’m trying to work out if what she’s achieved is actually feasible.
But here’s to the first day of my new approach to getting myself fitter. I am reticent to think that I am at Level 0 of my fitness overhaul but there is a certain mind shift that I’ve got to do. It has to be less about getting thinner or losing more weight and more about making my body more efficient at being physically active.
Monday will see a new fitness plan. I’m yet to be convinced that I am being practical. My mind says that I’m trying to overachieve.
